If you are a memeber or Company part of a group life insurance policy (whether included or separate from your pension or provident fund) you will need to take into account the Taxation Laws Amendment Bill, 19-2011 coming into effect 1 March 2012.

This will affect how you/your staff/the benefit will be taxed.
